NOMI PROPRI E NOMI COMUNI

Hi all friends, today I am in Naples one of the most

beautiful and characteristic cities of Italy.

In this lesson we will talk about :

 PROPER  AND COMMON NOUNS

PROPER NOUNS refer to specific people :  for example  ( Luana – Giovanna ).

Can also refer to certain animals : ( Fuffy, Billy )

or to specific places – ( Italia, Napoli )

PROPER N. are write with the initial letter capitalized

as Luca.

 

COMMON NOUNS indicate generically a person belonging to a

class or species.
COMMON N.  can be : of person  as  (child, teacher)

or common nouns of animal –  for example  ( cat, dog )

or nouns of things  as  – (table, chair)

Ciao a tutti amici !
Oggi mi trovo a Napoli, una delle città più belle e

caratteristiche d’Italia.
In questa lezione parleremo di NOMI.
I NOMI possono essere :
NOMI PROPRI E NOMI COMUNI

I NOMI PROPRI si riferiscono a determinate persone

per esempio – ( Luana – Giovanna ).

Possono riferirsi a determinati animali  – ( Fuffy, Billy )

oppure a specifici luoghi -( Italia, Napoli )

I nomi propri si scrivono sempre con la lettera iniziale
maiuscola, come Luca

I NOMI COMUNI indicano genericamente un individuo

appartenente ad una categoria o a una specie.

I nomi comuni possono essere di persona come –
(bambina, maestra )

oppure nomi comuni  di animale – per esempio
( gatto, cane )

oppure di cosa,  come  (tavolo, sedia )
